Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The prayer of bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected. This is a case of robbery where the informant was robbed. Now during the course of trial the informant was examined as a witness and he has not identified the petitioner to be the miscreant. 5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Chatra Sadar PS Case No. 261 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of the bailors 2026:JHHC:17822 2 should be a close relative of the petitioner with a further condition that the petitioner shall appear and mark his attendance before the Registrar, Civil Court, Chatra once in a month till disposal of the trial 6.
