JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before this Court calling in question the proceedings in C.C.NO.1267/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A & 323 of IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2. The petitioner-husband is facing proceedings for offences punishable under Section 498(A) of IPC. 3. The learned Additional SPP, on verification of the records, would submit that long before the filing of the petition itself, charges have been framed and the matter is at the fag end of the trial. 4. In that light, there is no warrant of interference in exercise of the jurisdiction of the Court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. or Section 528 of the BNSS as the case would be. 5. The petitioner puts across several contentions with regard to the merit of the matter.
