The petitioner has preferred this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following relief(s):- “10.1 This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue appropriate writ and quash / set-aside the impugned proceedings pending before the Tehsildar, Bhatapara bearing B-121 / 202602210500011 and set-aside the impugned order dated 27/1/26 in the interest of justice. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application before concerned revenue authorities in the light of Order dated 01.8.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench in WPC No.498/2025. It is further prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the concerned revenue authorities may be directed to decide the application of the petitioner expeditiously keeping in mind the aforesaid order passed by the Coordinate Bench. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection on the above prayer of the petitioner. 4. On due consideration, prayer of the petitioner is allowed and he is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty as prayed for. 5. It is further observed that in the event of filing of application by the petitioner before the concerned revenue authorities, the same shall be considered and decided in the light of order dated 01.8.2025 passed by Coordinate Bench in WPC No.498/2025, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
