Mr. Srijan Nayak Mrs. Rituparna Maitra ....for the Respondent/WBSEDCL The grievance of the petitioner is against the non-consideration of the representation dated 16.12.2024. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the bill raised for Rs. 3,19,400/- on the petitioner is arbitrary and disproportionate. On behalf of the WBSEDCL, it is submitted that they have no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner. In view of the above, WPA 26206 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing the respondent/WBSEDCL to consider the representation dated 16.12.2024 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing to the petitioner. With the above directions, WPA 26206 of 2025 stands disposed of. 2 In considering the representation of the petitioner, WBSEDCL is also requested to consider the prayer for reasonable installments, if the circumstances so warrant.
