02/19.06.2026 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the State and learned counsel appearing for the informant.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Margomunda P.S. Case No.5/2026, registered for the offence under Section 310(2) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, however, his name has surfaced during further investigation. He further submits that the petitioner is a student and he is pursuing his Graduation studies. He next submits that now a good sense has prevailed between the parties and compromise has taken place between the petitioner and informant. He also submits that by way of I.A. No.8110 of 2026, joint compromise petition has been filed. On these grounds, he submits that anticipatory bail may kindly be granted to the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement.

Learned counsel appearing for the informant accepts the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that compromise has taken place between the parties.
6. Considering that the petitioner is a student and he is pursuing his studies of Graduation and further, joint compromise petition has been filed in the form of I.A. No.8110 of 2026 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur in connection with Margomunda P.S. Case No.5/2026, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
8. Consequently, I.A. No.8110 of 2026 is disposed of.
