In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the respondent, the present petition is allowed and the HMA Petition No. 23 of 2025, titled as, ‘Dinesh Kumar versus Anu Sharma’, pending adjudication before the Court of learned Additional District Judge, Mandi camp at Karsog, Mandi, H.P. is ordered to be withdrawn from the files of the said Court and the same is ordered to be transferred to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mandi, H.P. 3.
