Mr. Pushpinder Jaswal, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “I. That a writ in the nature of certiorari may very kindly be issued thereby quashing and setting aside impugned transfer order dated 09.07.2026 (Annexure P-4), qua the petitioner. II. That the respondents may very kindly be directed by way of issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to allow the petitioner to continue working at GMS Siholpuri, Tehsil Shahpur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. III. That in the alternative the respondents may be directed to consider posting here at one of stations mentioned in Para-12 of the petition.” 2 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has completed her normal tenure at the present place of posting, but, as her case is a couple case, therefore, the respondents be directed to adjust her at a station where her husband is serving. 4. In light of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner may approach the Authority for her adjustment at some other station within a period of one week. 5. In light of any such representation being filed, let appropriate order be passed thereupon within two weeks as from the date of the receipt thereof. In the interregnum, till the representation of the petitioner is decided by the Authority, she shall not be forced to join the station, to which she stands transferred and she may avail the kind of leave due to her.
