CMP No.17731 of 2026 By way of present application, applicants No.1 to 7, have sought indulgence of this Court to release the amount of compensation, falling to their shares, deposited by the Insurance Company, in the present case. The above titled FAO has been dismissed, as withdrawn, vide order dated 07.07.2026. In view of no objection made by learned vice counsel for the non-applicants, the amount of compensation is ordered to be released in favour of applicants No.1 to 7, alongwith up-to-date interest, as per the award. The amount, so released, shall be remitted to the saving bank accounts of applicants No.1 to 7, particulars of, which have been mentioned, in para-5 of the application.
