Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 2. This application has been preferred seeking a direction to the Investigating Agency not to take coercive action against the petitioner i.e., Sailen Talukdar, in connection with Chhaygaon P.S. Case No. 69/2025, under Section 127(2)/ 64(2)(f)/ 75(1)(i)/ 75(1)(ii)/ 351 of BNS, and read with Section 4 of POCSO Act. 3. It is stated that earlier, two numbers of Anticipatory Bail applications were filed on behalf of the petitioner which were rejected by this Court. 4. From the above, it appears that the present application is nothing but another Anticipatory Bail application in the guise of a Criminal Petition. 5. It is the considered opinion of this Court that this petition is absolutely frivolous and deserves to be dismissed. 6. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
