This appeal under Section 14-A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (in short “the SC/ST Act”) has been preferred by the appellant against the order dated 11.07.2025 passed by this Court in CRA No. 917/2025, whereby the bail application filed by the appellant in connection with Crime No. 528/2025 registered at Police Station Sarkanda, District-Bilaspur (C.G.) for commission of offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 193, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC and Section 3(1)(p), 3(1)(q), 3(2)(ii), 3(2)(v), 3(2)(va), 3(2) (vi), 3(2)(vii), 4 of the special Act has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file appropriate application before an appropriate forum. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to this proposition put forth by the counsel for the petitioner. 4. Permission is granted. 5.
