That, the Hon'ble Court may be kind enough to call for the records pertaining to the suspension of the petitioner by the respondents. ii. That, the impugned order dated 19.06.2025 passed by the respondent may kindly be set-aside. iii. That, the petition may kindly be allowed and the Respondents be directed to reinstate the petitioner to the post he was working earlier to the suspension and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2025. iv. That, any other relief deemed to be fit sought by the Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage petitioner is not pressing this writ petition on merit and only seeking a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner on 14.10.2025 at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that decision is to be taken by respondent No.3/Commissioner for whom he is not appearing. 4. On due consideration of submissions of learned counsel for the parties, facts and circumstances of case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent No.3 to consider and take decision on pending representation of petitioner dated 14.10.2025, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of copy or order. 5. Petitioner will be at liberty to submit fresh representation if he so desires and if such representation is submitted, said representation 3 / 3 may also be considered and decided along with pending representation as observed above.
