The said withdrawal application has not been opposed by the respondent. 6. The present Application (C528 No.2290 of 2025), filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the applicant to file afresh, but in accordance with the law.
