ORDER Date : 05-01-2026 Heard Ms. S. Sinha, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. A. Baruah,
learned counsel for the respondent No. 3. None appears for the other respondents. The applicant by way of instituting the present interlocutory application has sought to implead Musstt. Najmina Begum Chowdhury as party respondent No. 6 in the connected writ petition. It is projected that she is the second wife of the husband of the applicant and the respondent authorities are contemplating to release to the proposed respondent the family pension and pensionary benefits due on account of the services rendered by the deceased husband of the applicant, herein. I have perused the contention raised in the present interlocutory application and also heard the learned counsel for the applicant. On an examination of the matter this Court finds that the proposed respondent Musstt. Najmina Begum Chowdhury is a necessary and proper party to the issue arising in the connected writ petition and accordingly, she is required to be impleaded as a party
