This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant for allowing it to withdraw the statutory amount of Rs. 25,000/- being deposited before the registry of this Court while preferring the appeal against the judgment and award dated 30.03.2017, passed by the learned Member, MACT No. 1, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati, in MAC Case No. 2548/2014. 3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the MAC Appeal No. 126/2018 has already been settled in the National Lok Adalat, held on 11.05.2024. But, no order was passed regarding withdrawal of the statutory deposit and therefore, this application is preferred for allowing the applicant to withdraw the statutory deposit that was made with the registry of this Court. 4. Accordingly, considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant and Page No.# 3/3 also considering the fact that the matter has already been settled between the parties in the National Lok Adalat, this interlocutory applicant stands allowed. 5.
