JUSTICE R DEVDAS ORAL ORDER Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for all the respondents. 2. The petitioner is seeking directions to the respondent - authorities to consider his representation given in the year 2018. On going through the petition papers, this Court finds that the grievance of the petitioner appears to be regarding the extent of land purchased by the petitioner under a public auction in terms of Annexure-A dated 23.05.2007. It is contented by the petitioner that the total extent of land for which possession certificate is issued to the petitioner is 1 acre 30 and 1/2 guntas. However there seems to be a difference of about 6 guntas of land. Further the neighboring property owner is said to have filed a revision petition before the Karnataka Appellate Tribunal in R.P.No.61/2011. In the representation of the year 2018 the petitioner is referring to the pendency of the said revision petition. However the petitioner himself has produced copy of the order passed by the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14966 WP No. 7919 of 2026 Tribunal at Annexure-H dated 27.05.2019 whereby the revision petition is allowed and the matter is remitted back to the Deputy Director of Land Records for fresh consideration. That being the position, the representation given by the petitioner in the year 2018 cannot be considered. 3. Accordingly, writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to give a fresh representation to the competent authority and the competent authority may consider such a representation in the light of the subsequent developments.
