Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the 2nd respondent Police has registered a case in the above said crime number on 13.12.2024, no final report is filed till date. 4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of four months. 5.
