Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash/ set aside the impugned transfer order dated 27.02.2026 (P/1) issued by Respondent No. 3 to the extent of petitioner. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent State to grant any other relief which this Honble PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 3 Court deems fit and proper in favour of the petitioner as per the facts and circumstances of the present case, in the ends of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to her instruction a day before issuance of order of transfer, some incident took place in Tahsil office Raipur of demanding money from the advocates, which was circulated in social media and therefore along with person who is involved in the incident with other persons posted in the other sections have been transferred. Petitioner is remaining 15 months to retire and therefore according the policy formulated by the State Government, petitioner could not have been transferred or if for any reasons petitioner required to be shifted from the present place of posting, he could have been posted on his option. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that in the transfer policy, there is clause of submission of application/ representation if an employee is having any grievance against transfer, but petitioner has not submitted such application/ representation before the concerned Committee under the transfer policy. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has already submitted representation before the authority who issued order of transfer and therefore direction be issued to Respondent No. 3 to take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 3 / 3 6. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, and further considering that petitioner has already submitted representation before the authority who issued the order of transfer ie., Respondent No. 3, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing Respondent No. 3 to consider and take decision on the pending representation of petitioner dated 02.03.2026, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 03 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of order passed by this Court. 7.
