Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. Puli Vishnu Vardhan, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not directing the 4th respondent to defreeze Bank Account No.4090018008521, which was frozen in pursuance of the mail dated 23.04.2024 sent by respondent Nos.2 and 3, even though the cyber complaint has been closed, is illegal, and the petitioner’s enterprise bank account still remains frozen. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits, by producing a letter dated 30.03.2026, that the Inspector of Police, Kavali I Town Police Station, has addressed a letter to respondent No. 4 to defreeze the account of the petitioner and to unfreeze the lien amount. 3 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.8286 of 2026 Dated 07.04.2026 5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, in view of the grievance of the petitioner being addressed by respondent No.2, nothing remains in this Writ Petition. 6.
