Heard both sides. There is no serious objection on the other side. 3. On a perusal of the averments, it is clear that only due to the health issues, there was a delay. Hence, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay. 4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 218 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned.
