Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred an application for setting aside the proceedings/ recall of order dated 02.02.2026 passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Akhnoor. He further submits that the petitioner is seeking innocuous relief for directing the said Divisional Magistrate, Akhnoor (Appellate Court) to decide the application stated to have been filed by the petitioner within stipulated time. 2. Issue notice. Notice is waived by Ms. Sagira Jaffar, learned counsel on behalf of the official respondents. 3. There is no need to serve other respondents, as such, the present petition is disposed of by directing the SDM, Akhnoor (Appellate Court) to decide the application preferred by the petitioner in accordance with law. Needless to say that this Court has not examined the merits of the application stated to have been filed by the petitioner. CM(M) No. 142/2026 2 4.
