GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING (AP) The Court made the following: RC,J W.P.No.4391 of 2024 3 ORDER The writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in payment of Rs.5,66,242/- being the bill amount for the work executed vide agreement No.90/2021-22, dated 24.07.2021. 2. Sri Balakrishna, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, by placing the written instructions of the Executive Engineer, RWS&S(P) Division, Vijayawada dated 06.05.2025 submitted that as against the claim made by the petitioner of Rs.5,66,242/-, the authorities admitted to pay an amount of Rs.4,99,242/- and sought ten (10) weeks time for payment of the said amount. 3. Ms.Gorla Manasa, learned counsel for the petitioner, reported no objection for receiving the amount and for granting the time as sought for by the learned assistant Government Pleader. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent authorities to pay to the petitioner the amount of Rs.4,99,242/- within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. The petitioner is at liberty to agitate his claim for interest before competent civil court. There shall be no order as to costs.
