This application has been filed praying for correction of some typographical errors in the order dated 05.01.2026 passed by this Court in BA No. 4090/2025. 4. In the said order, in paragraph No. 11, the learned Sessions Judge, Cachar, Silchar has been mentioned, whereas it should have been learned Special Judge, NDPS, Cachar, Silchar.Moreover, in the said paragraph, the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Silchar has been mentioned. It should have been Special Judge NDPS, Cachar, Silchar. 5. Henceforth, the words “Sessions Judge, Cachar, Silchar” and Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Silchar shall be read as Special Judge (NDPS), Cachar, Silchar and ” Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Silchar” shall be read as “Special Judge (NDPS), Cachar, Silchar”. 6.
