The prayer includes issuance of show cause notice to the Commissioner of Police, Nagpur, direction to issue arrest warrant and registration of First Information Report. Some of the prayers pertain to issuance of notice to the advocates and initiation of departmental enquiry against them with suspension during pendency of the enquiry. Prayers also include passing of protection and residential order and recovery of streedhan under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, so also the residence order with an injunction to the respondents from dispossessing the petitioner. Prayer is made to set aside the judgment dated 15.12.2023, passed by Additional Sessions Judge-11, Nagpur, in Criminal Appeal. A prayer is also made to set aside the order dated 3.12.2022, passed by 16th Joint Civil Judge (S.D.), Nagpur. Further prayer is made to seize and auction to recovery of petitioners legal rights and streedhan Belkhede 2 111wp5896.2026.doc given from in-law’s side and verification of the proceedings of the case pertains to execution filed under Section 125(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. A prayer is also for issuance of direction to decide various cases on day to day basis. A prayer is also made to grant liberty to fix petitioner’s nameplate on main entrance of the flat. Several other prayers are clubbed for which separate petitions are required to be filed as clubbing of the prayers, in one petition which are totally unconnected, would amount to entertaining the matter not allotted to the present Court, as per roster. 3.
