The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to stop the illegal and unauthorized construction at Farm No. 3, Khasra no 52/18, Shree Ram Lane, Dera Mandi Retreat, Village Dera, New Delhi-110074 (‘subject property’). Photographs have been filed along with the petition showing the unauthorized construction. This is a digitally signed order. Counsel appears on behalf of respondent-MCD and submits that the unauthorized construction has been booked at the subject property. Show Cause Notice under Section 344(1) and 343 of DMC Act has been issued on 12th March, 2026. A Show Cause Notice under Section 345-A of the DMC Act dated 10th April, 2026 has been issued for sealing of the subject property. 4. The aforesaid Show Cause Notices have been handed over in Court and the same are taken on record. 4.1. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed of while directing the respondents to take appropriate action in accordance with law in an expeditious manner. 5. In the event the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 6.
