Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, and on instructions, he submits that if the sale deed dated 26.12.2025 presented by the petitioner, which is the subject matter of this writ petition, is otherwise in order, the said document will be registered by the respondent, and in case the respondent finds that the said document cannot be registered, the respondent shall pass a speaking order. The said statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent is recorded. 3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to receive and register the sale deed dated 26.12.2025 presented by the petitioner for registration, if the same is otherwise in order. If the respondent finds that the said document cannot be registered, the respondent shall pass a speaking order after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner.
