Quash the Order dated 23/12/2025, passed by the Learned XLVTH Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, at Bengaluru in Crime No.159/2024. [ANNEXURE –‘F-1’] insofar as petitioner is concerned. ii. Quash the Notice issued by the Respondent No.1 Police dated 28/02/2024, directing the Respondent No.2 bank to debit freeze the Bank Account of the Petitioner bearing No.42720100014999. [ANNEXURE – ‘C’] insofar as petitioner is concerned. iii. Pass a Writ pf Appropriate Nature directing the Respondent No.2 Bank to De-freeze the Bank Account of the Petitioner bearing No.42720100014999, maintained with the Respondent No.2. insofar as petitioner is concerned. iv. Pass any such Order/s in favour of the Petitioner that this Hon’ble Court deems fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of Justice; 2. Learned Additional SPP on instructions and on verification of the records would submit that the lien would be demarked in the light of the matter being settled before the Lok Adalath on 08.03.2025. 3.
