This bail application has been filed on behalf of Deepak Kumar @ Deepak Kumar Chaudhary who is in custody since 10.11.2025 in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 99 of 2025 for the offence registered under Sections 303(2) of the BNS, 2023 pending in the Court of C.J.M., Koderma, is pressed into motion.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that he is not named in the FIR and nothing has been seized from his conscious physical possession. It is alleged that the battery which was stolen from BSNL Tower was recovered on the disclosure statement. It is also submitted that this petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
