The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Barwadda P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 465, 468, 470, 471, 420, 272 and 270 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has come only on the confessional statement and name of one Pintu Kumar Soni has also come on the confessional statement and he has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Additional Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad in A.B.P. No.570 of 2026. He further submits that even the call detail report of that Pintu Kumar Soni with Sanjay Kumar Mahto is there, who has been apprehended and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 17 of the petition. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the name of the petitioner has come on the confessional statement. 5. Looking to the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the name of the petitioner has only come on the confessional statement and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 17 of the petition and in identical situation, the co-accused has been granted 2026:JHHC:17516 anticipatory bail in the aforesaid A.B.P., in the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within two weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Barwadda P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Anit Uploaded 19.06.2026
