Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners has made various
submissions, however, he confines the prayer to the extent of directing the concerned Court to expedite the proceedings and allow the petitioners to appear through video conferencing unless their personal appearance is inevitable.
2. The said submission seems to be reasonable. It be noted that the petitioners in CRL.M.C. 770/2026 and CRL.M.C. 771/2026 are senior citizens and in CRL.M.C. 772/2026 is super senior citizen.
3. In view of the aforesaid and under the peculiar facts and circumstances, the Trial Court is directed to expedite the cases. This is a digitally signed order.
