In this petition, the petitioner has sought for appointment of an Arbitrator for resolution of dispute in terms of Annexure – A series – Purchase Orders. 3. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, as there is no dispute as to the appointment of an Arbitrator for resolution of the dispute between the parties, I am of the opinion, that Dr. S.B.N. Prakash, retired District Judge, be - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:14798 CMP No. 269 of 2025 appointed as the Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties herein. 4. In order to avoid delay in the matter, the parties are directed to appear before the Arbitration and Conciliation Centre, Race Course Road, Bengaluru, on 09.04.2026 at 11.00 a.m. On appearance of the parties, learned Arbitrator is requested to resolve the dispute at the earliest. 5.
