Sharda Devi Vs. Smt. Sunita Devi and others) pending before him expeditiously within a stipulated period as may be specified by this Hon'ble Court. 4. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Senior Division) Ballia to decide the injunction application 6C2 in Original Suit No.296/2025 (Smt. Sharda Devi Vs. Smt. Sunita Devi and others), expeditiously, preferably within eight months, strictly in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments, subject to legal impediment.
