We notice that an order dated 17.10.2025 has been passed by the competent authority of Bhiwadi under Section 90A of the Land Revenue Act, 1956. The Tehsildar, Kotkasim, Distt. Khairthal- Tijara too has passed an order dated 22.12.2025 declaring that the earlier measurements relating to the landmark for Shamshan Ghat were wrongly measured and correct measurements were di- rected to be made. 3. Thus, it is apparent that the orders have been passed by the competent authority. If there was any grievance, the same should have been challenged in appropriate forums. Learned Counsel for the petitioner upon instructions prays to withdraw the petition with liberty to take up the matter before the appropriate forum. 5. Liberty prayed for is granted. 6.
