The present application has been filed seeking modification of paragraph no. 9 of the order dated 23.12.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89486 of 2025 on the ground that though the petitioner was stated to have a clean antecedent, upon verification, one criminal antecedent has been found against him. 3. Since the modification sought is not clerical or formal in nature but goes to the merits of the earlier order, the present application for modification is held to be not maintainable.
