Petitioner is before this Court under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking for the following reliefs: "a. Issue a Writ of Mandamus directing Respondents to forthwith comply with the order dated 09.09.2025 passed by the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal in Application No.20478/2025 vide Annexure-M. b. Direct the Respondents to consider and dispose of the Petitioner's Appeal dated 04.07.2025 under Rule 6(3) of the 2025 Rules by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court vide Annexure-L4. c. Direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's case on priority basis considering the medical urgency of the minor child. d. Direct Respondents to consider and grant transfer to Bengaluru with medical facilities. e. This petition is accordingly dismissed as having rendered infructuous, reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 19.02.2026, if so advised.
