KAMAL ORAL ORDER This petition is by the erstwhile Anti-Corruption Bureau which is now stated to have been merged with the Karnataka Lokayukta being aggrieved by the order dated 16.02.2021 produced at Annexure-F passed by the respondent No.1/ Commissioner of Karnataka Information Commission, by which respondent No.1 declined to accept the justification given by the petitioner in not disclosing the information and taking shelter under Section 8(1)(h) and 8(1)(e) of the Right To Information Act, 2005 and had directed to provide the information as sought for by the respondent No.2 within 30 days. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the information sought for by the respondent No.2 is in respect of - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11105 WP No. 6141 of 2021 log book of the years 2016-2019 and retrieving those documents would take some time. He submits given some time, those documents would be traced and furnished to the respondent No.2. 3. Submission is taken on record. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner without going through merits of the case petition is disposed of.
