This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 2nd respondent in insisting the petitioner to vacate the landed property in an extent of Ac.2.00 cents covered by Sy.No.997/2A situated at Rayachoty Village and Mandal, Annamayya District, for the purpose of construction of Bus Station Complex. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 13.02.2026 submits that as per the RSR of Rayachoty Village of Rayachoty Mandal, the land in Sy.No.592 to an extent of Ac.63.80 cents is classified as Government Poramboke in Column Nos.4 and 5 and is noted as Hill Stream in Column No.17. Further the new Sy.No.997 to an extent of Ac.8.34 cents has been formed from the Sy.No.592 and further there are no citations regarding change of classification from Hill Stream to Assessed Waste Dry in RSR. On thorough verification of Proforma-I (List of government Lands already Assigned) Register available in the office, it reveals that no one had been granted any DKT patta pertaining to the land in Sy.No.997 to an extent of Ac.8.34 cents. The writ petitioner produces the DKT patta vide Ref.No.F.Dis.496/DKT/62 dated. nill to the land in Sy.No.997/2A to an extent of Ac.4.27 cents of Rayachoty Village of Rayachoty Mandal in favour of Sri Katwal Aamadmiya S/o. Dade Sab is fabricated and not emanated from the 5 BKM,J W.P.No.4230 of 2026 office of the 4th respondent and there are no records traced regarding grant of assignment of land. 6. From the above, it is clearly established that, the land claimed in Sy.No.997/2A by the writ petitioner, originally belongs to the Government only. 7. In view of the above said facts and circumstances and upon consideration of the rival submissions made, the respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to deal with the subject land in an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in Sy.No.997/2A situated at Rayachoty Village and Mandal, Annamayya District, strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. The said instructions shall be made as part of the Court record. 8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
