P.P. …...... 02/ 19.06.2026: This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 483 and 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 506 and 325 of IPC. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned AddI. P.P. opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on the ground that he initially did not cooperate with the trial. Now he is in custody since 31.10.2025 and charge has already been framed in this case. 5. The allegation against the petitioner is that he has assaulted his brother due to some land dispute. 6. Considering the period of custody and the fact that the charge has already framed in this case now, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge at Chandil, in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No.117 of 2022, subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner having sufficient landed property in his/her own name within the State of Jharkhand with a further condition that the petitioner shall appear and mark his attendance before the Registrar, Civil Court, Chandil once in a month till the disposal of the trial.
