JUSTICE ANUROOP SINGHI Order 17/02/2026 1. This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.02.2026 issued by the Naib Tehsildar, Up Tehsil Diggi, District Tonk, Rajasthan. 2. A bare perusal of the order dated 05.02.2026 reveals that the notice requires the petitioners to submit all the relevant documents to substantiate their title over the land in question. Learned counsel submits that despite the petitioners approaching the respondents for submitting the relevant documents, the same are not being considered. 4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is disposed of with the directions that the petitioners may submit all the relevant documents to substantiate their title over the land as mentioned in the notice dated 05.02.2026 within a period of 7 days from today, and in the event such documents are filed, the same would be duly considered and an order in pursuance thereof be passed within a period of 30 days thereafter. 5.
