1. The present Rent Control Revision Petition has been filed under Section 25B (8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to set aside the
Order dated 03.11.2025 passed by the learned ARC-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi.
2. This Court, vide Order dated 07.07.2026, had recorded that the Petitioner was willing to vacate the premises and that he will be filing an application to that effect within a period of two (02) days from that date.
3. The matter was thereafter listed on 13.07.2026, on which date he was granted a period of two (02) weeks to file an Affidavit of Undertaking to the effect that the Petitioner will be vacating the premises within a period of three (03) months. It was also stated that the said Affidavit will also mention that the Petitioner shall pay user This is a digitally signed order. and occupation charges in terms of the commercial rent as is payable in the area as well as clear all the statutory charges, including water and electricity.

5. None has appeared on behalf of the Petitioner today.
6. There is also no Affidavit filed in terms of the Orders as noticed herein above.
7. In view thereof, this Court is of the view that the present Petition requires to be dismissed.
8. The Petitioner is directed to ensure that the possession of the premises is handed over forthwith.
9. Let notice of this Order be sent to the Petitioner as well as to the Respondent by the Registry through counsel as well as through the address given in the memo of parties.
10. The present Petition, along with pending Application(s), if an, stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
