GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following: 3 ORDER: The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in releasing the bills due payable to the petitioner on account of construction of new school building at Z.P.High School, Kovaguntapalli Village in Simhadripuram Mandal in YSR Kadapa District. 2. The petitioner has completed the work entrusted to the satisfaction of the respondents and the progress of work and completion of work is also recorded in the M-Book. 3. Sri V.CH.Naidu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 5 submits that the work is completed and the bills were also been processed. The 6th respondent would have to release the funds and the bills shall be uploaded in the NIDHI portal soon after release of funds by the 6th respondent. 4. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 5, it is not in dispute that the work is completed and the bill is also due payable. Respondent Nos.3 to 5 have submitted the copy of the correspondence from the 5th respondent to the Pay and Accounts Officer, Kadapa, dated 16.04.2026 indicating the total claim amount of Rs.47,65,083/- and a deduction of Rs.5,23,928/- thereby an amount of Rs.42,41,155/- as due payable to the petitioner. 4 5. Considering the same, the Writ Petition is disposed off, directing the respondents to release the payment due payable to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
