However, the Respondents Nos. 1 to 6 not taken any action till date which is illegal, arbitrary, unjust, contrary to law and violation natural justice under Articles 14, 19(1)(g), 21, and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Nos. 1 to 6 to consider the petitioner representation dated 31-01-2026 and 10-02- 2026, take action against Un-official Respondents Nos. 7 to 12 from interfering with the continuous enjoyment of the petitioner property and to pass such….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Sri K. Gani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that respondent Nos.1 to 6 have not registered an FIR pursuant to the complaints dated 31.01.2026 and 10.02.2026 filed by the petitioner, despite the contents of the complaint clearly disclosing the commission of cognizable offences. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that basing on the representation submitted by the petitioner, FIR was registered in Crime.No.39 of 2026 in Biccavole police station under section 329(3), 324(3), 115(2) r/w 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity, ‘the BNS’). In view of the above, recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the respondent No.6/investigation officer is directed to complete the investigation as early as possible preferably within a reasonable period of time in accordance with law. 6.
