The grievance of the petitioner is directed against a notice under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act,
2002. On behalf of the respondent bank, it is submitted that the petitioner has also filed an application under Section 17 of the Debt Recovery Tribunal Act which is pending final disposal. The petitioner is present in Court. In view of the statutory alternative efficacious remedy available under the Act, there is no scope for entertaining this writ petition.
2 In view of the above, WPA 3719 of 2026 stands dismissed. It is made clear that there has been no expression on the merits of the case and the same would be decided in accordance with law.
