At the time of call learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that writ petition has become infructuous since steps have been taken by the respondent authority thereby rejecting the prayer of the petitioner based on representation made by the petitioner. 2. Union of India is represented by learned advocates. 3. In view of aforesaid submission, writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 4.
