Appeal (A-DB) No.24 of 2026 Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that, upon verification of the facts and record, it has been noticed that impugned judgment assailed in present appeal has already been challenged by filing Criminal Appeal No.529 of 2024, which has already been admitted, vide order dated 16.10.2024. It is further submitted that the present appeal came to be filed on account of a miscommunication between the Office of learned Advocate General and the department concerned, and the same was neither deliberate nor intentional, but an inadvertent mistake. In view of above, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous application(s) shall also stand disposed of. Cr.
