Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the witnesses in Kenduadih P.S. Case No.86 of 2024 and for that false case has been lodged against the petitioners. 3. After some argument, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to move before the learned court to file regular bail application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State has got no objection. 5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. 6. It is made clear that if the regular bail application is being moved by the petitioners, the same shall be decided in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
