1. The present contempt case has been preferred alleging willful and deliberate non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 15.07.2025 passed in L.P.A No.541 of 2024.
2. Mr. Harsh Vardhan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with and the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and, as such, he does not want to press the instant contempt case.
3. Mr. Amit Kumar Das, the learned counsel appearing for the concerned opposite party has corroborated the said fact.
