The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- “1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned FIR dated 10-10-2019 bearing Crime No.188/2019 registered at Police Station Pithora, District Mahasamund (C.G.) and impugned final report No.07/2020 dated 18-01- 2020 filed by the Police Station Pithora, District Mahasamund (C.G.) before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pithora, District Mahasamund (C.G.). (Annexure P-1). 2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the cognizance order dated 24-09-2025 as well as the entire criminal proceeding bearing Criminal Case No.1599/2025 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Pithora, District Mahasamund (C.G.) (Annexure P-3).” 3. From perusal of the relief clause, it transpires that the petitioner has not mentioned the particulars of the FIR with respect to the offences registered against him. This shows that he has drafted a vague and sketchy prayer in a casual manner, thereby wasting the precious time of the Court. 4. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner pray to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file petition afresh, subject to depositing a sum of Rs. 2,000/- as cost by the petitioner in the Registry of this Court and the same 3 shall be transmitted to the Government Home for Mentally Underdeveloped Children, Mana Camp, District- Raipur (C.G.), for wasting the precious time of this Court. 6. Certified copy of the documents annexed in the petition, if any, may be returned back to the counsel for the petitioner after obtaining the photocopy of the same, subject to deposit of the fine amount.
