In aforesaid circumstances, without entering into merit of case, at this stage, the writ petition is disposed of that claim of petitioner for compassionate appointment be considered strictly in accordance with law taking note of judgments passed by Supreme Court in Bank of Baroda and others vs. Baljit Singh, 2023 SCC OnLine SC 745 and Malaya Nanda Sethy v/s State of Orissa and Ors., 2022 SCC OnLine SC 684.
