Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for respondent No.3 has produced Pension Payment Order-cum-Commutation Payment Order, which is taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforesaid document reveals that the pension has been authorized in favour of the petitioner and he has been allotted Pension Payment Order No.1126338888. Further the petitioner has been held entitled to the pension w.e.f. 01.06.2023. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 10.12.2025, passed by this Court in CWP No.18851 of 2025, titled, Mulakh Raj vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Ors., has been complied with and the petitioner has been held entitled to the pension as per authorization dated 22.06.2026, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that respondents No.1 & 2 shall pay the arrears of pension to the petitioner within eight weeks from today and in case the arrears as well as the pension is not paid within the aforesaid period from today to the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
