By way of this petition, the petitioner has assailed order (Annexure P-5), dated 11th July, 2026, in terms whereof, the request of the petitioner for being transferred out of his present place of posting on account of his having served there for more than the normal tenure has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner is posted in a soft area and in the larger interest of the students, his services are required at the present place of posting i.e. GSSS Dhar. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the wife of the petitioner is serving as a staff nurse at Medical College, Ner Chowk. She submits that as the case of the petitioner is of a couple case 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? and as the petitioner has completed his normal tenure, rejection of his representation is unjustifiable. 4. This Court is of the considered view that as the petitioner has already completed his normal tenure at his present place of posting, whenever general transfers are effected in the Education Department, the petitioner be transferred out of the said station where he is posted, and if possible, he be adjusted in and around Ner Chowk, subject to the administrative exigencies of the department.
